At SNOX, we are committed to your peak performance, which is why we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange your gear if it doesn't meet your expectations. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your SNOX gear in its original box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
